For the annual “Bern against racism” week, we made weatherproof crosses out of hardened polystyrene. These symbolized the slogan of the campaign “Now against racism”.
With the aim of attracting the attention of passers-by, we designed and produced several large black crosses. To ensure that the Styrofoam crosses can withstand wind, rain, heat, and cold, we coated them with a weatherproof finish. They were then colored with black paint and labeled with white foil lettering. To ensure sufficient stability, the large crosses were mounted on concrete bases.
